Designation: National Head – Fleet Operations
Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management (National as well as Regional)
- Growth in Existing Key Accounts (Optimization of business share)
- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers
2. PAN India Vendor Development & Management:
- New Vendor Development, negotiations
- Working on Margin improvement
- Vendor Audit – Review/ Evaluation
3. Operations:
- Prepare a well-defined document explaining various policies,
- Processes and guidelines that would support fast and efficient business operations.
- Customer relationship
- Ensuring Customer Wise Indent Vs Actual Placement
- Service Level
- Collection support
4. Team Management:
- Develop and lead a team that is passionate about the brand, business and the organization’s beliefs
5. Organizational efficiency:
- Cost optimization / margin improvement / productivity per employee
- Service Level

This position will report to MD & Zonal Operational team will report to him
Required Qualification & Experience
The minimum requirement is Bachelors, but preferably MBA
