Your Role and Responsibilities
- Key Account Management
- Growth in Existing Key Accounts
- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers
- Vendor Development & Management –
- Responsible to develop Fleet owners network
- Transportation Operations –
- Responsible for Zonal budget, Profit and loss of the existing businesses
- Adherence of commercial & Operations policies
- Ensuring 98% Service level (On time vehicle placement )
- Ensuring ontime Bill Submission & Collection support
- MIS & Reporting
- Ensuring timely submission of various reports
- Team Management
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing team
Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors
- Candidate shall be from FTL background from transportation / logistic company
- Candidate should able to source below vehicles from the market :
14FT/ 17 FT /20 FT/ 32 FT SXL & MXL / 16 Ton / Tata ace / Tata 407/ Mahendra Pick up / Tata 1109 / 40 feet trailer
